Trip to Trogir

Built in the 15th century under the influence of Venetian rule, it served as the accommodation of a Venetian garrison defending the city. Fortress Kamerlengo today serves as a stage and backdrop for fantastic theater performances and other cultural events.

One of the most beautiful cathedrals in Croatia, whose construction lasted almost 300 years, is the most important attraction of Trogir. Even if you are not an art connoisseur, you will enjoy the beauties of this masterpiece.

Trogir is known for a large number of palaces of noble families, and the palace of the Ćipko family stands out from all of them. The palace is a set of several buildings that make up a set of romance, gothic and renaissance combined into one beautiful whole.

The Votive Church of St. Sebastian is located opposite the cathedral. It was built in the middle of the 15th century as a thank you for saving the city from the plague. Instead of a bell tower, the church tower contains a city clock.
